CASE STUDY: Condominiums

SKY Restoration DKI was contacted by an Emergency Services Contractor in Venice, FL in October 2022 during the aftermath of Hurricane Ian to perform emergency water mitigation and mold remediation on Waterfront Condominiums in Naples, FL. Work began on that month and was completed in December 2022, ahead of schedule. The scope of work included over 60 condominium units being fully affected from flooding waters rising into the main complex. Each 2,000 sqft unit had flood cuts, content manipulation, water extraction, and structure drying. Following the water mitigation, many of the units were then remediated from mold related damage and tested by an Industrial Hygienist for Post clearance testing.
