It started in 2009. Brian opened a franchise with one of the country’s largest restoration networks and spent the next seven years building it into a 26,000-square-foot operation with more than 50 team members, three licensed territories, and a footprint that spanned 11 Kentucky counties. Along the way, he became one of the top-volume producers in the state and one of the top 50 nationwide. He didn’t get there by chasing growth. He got there by treating every detail like the family who hired him was watching.

He’s IICRC-certified in Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Fire and Smoke Restoration (FSRT), and Applied Structural Drying (ASD). He’s also an EPA Certified Lead Renovator and a Level 2 Xactimate user. All of that shows up in how SKY works today, from the first walk-through to the final invoice.

After a devastating hail storm left my older home with roof, siding, window and gutter damage, I was overwhelmed! Then the vultures descended from all over the area, and it was hard to know which company to trust. That was until I met Brian with SKY Restoration DKI. Brain conducted a thorough inspection of the damage and provided a concise game plan and estimate for repair. I then met my project manager, Marc Hurst, and I can’t say enough good things about this gentleman! He saw my project through to completion and put up with all my questions and concerns… even after standard business hours. There were a lot of challenges in repairing a home built in the 1800’s, but the folks at SKY were incredible. Always professional, considerate, and patient. Home restoration after storm damage

Our church sustained roof damage over the weekend. Troy and his team were on-site a few hours after the adjuster left. He surveyed the damage and constantly explained the process, brought in air movers and dehumidifiers to dry the pews and flooring and bagged and removed the fallen ceiling tiles. He also checked the moisture levels daily. Jennifer and her crew came in on Monday to begin the cleanup process. They made room in the annex for the pews, moved the pews out, took down the rest of the ceiling tiles and pulled up the carpet and swept the sanctuary. THEY TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING. If you want your property treated with care and respect, call SKY RESTORATION. You will not be disappointed.

I had a water loss in my laundry room and they had someone out in no time. They also had all of the work completed in just a few days. Everyone was super nice and attentive to all of my needs. Highly recommend!!!

Professional, prompt, polite, and just down right solid people. Travis Dennis kept me informed and in the know, but made it a completely seamless process. Our entire downstairs of around 1000 square feet flooded so we were in a very vulnerable state and they did the job extremely well, cutting no corners, on budget, and fast. We left them a key and didn’t worry about a thing. I have to say I hope I don’t need to use them again for this service as I hope our house never floods again, but they come highly recommended from my family to yours. White glove 5 star service!

We had a bad water leak under our house. Everything we were putting in our garbage disposal was going under our house. You can imagine the smell we were dealing with and the amount of water damage. Travis, with DKI was amazing to work with. He even recommended a plumber (C&A plumbing) and that was also a great experience. Highly recommend DKI for all your restoration needs.
